Welcome to the Webster City Schools Sched site. Here you will find all the information you need for the June 6th professional development day. Below you will see the schedule for the day and all the sessions that are being offered. Please look through schedule and find sessions that interest you. To add a session to your schedule, simply click the star in front of the session name. When the star turns black that session has been added to your schedule for the day. If you change your mind on a session in your schedule, click the black star. When the star turns white the session has been removed from your schedule.

Professional Learning Networks

This session is going to introduce the idea of learning networks. What is a PLN and why should I have one? What is the benefit of professional learning networks? How do I get started? Aren’t PLNs just playing on Twitter? This session will show you how to create a PLN and how to personalize your professional development. Professional development should be personal development, so join us for great session on how to take control of your professional learning.
